2027 Summer Internship - Product Operations
About The Position
The Product Operations Intern will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand user needs, define product features, and help shape Q2’s next-generation solutions. Past intern projects have included contributing to roadmap documentation and feature requirements, conducting competitive and user research to inform priorities, assisting with usability testing and product analytics, and collaborating with design. The intern will support roadmap planning and backlog refinement, collect and analyze product usage data, help define and test new product features, and communicate insights to stakeholders.
Requirements
- Pursuing a degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Interest in product strategy, UX, and technology.
- Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Fluent written and oral communication in English.
- Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.; Q2 is unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa at this time.

- Familiarity with Agile or Scrum frameworks.
