Position Summary We are seeking an outstanding Engineer to join the Product Operations team to help start up one of the most advanced manufacturing facilities in US. This pivotal role serves as the internal command center that drives successful real-time operations & shipments by identifying critical paths for production, anticipating gaps, & driving results through cross team collaboration. With an eye towards efficiency & sustainability, the engineer drives initiatives that create or refine workflows, ensuring successful operations that adapt to changes in the evolving semiconductor industry.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Engineering & Applied Mathematics.
  • 4+ years’ experience in lean manufacturing, factory operations, capacity planning, or project management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Excel, PowerPoint, Word.
  • Consistent track record of driving successful cross functional projects in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities.
  • Ability to anticipate problems, design preventative solution, & use. persuasive communication to secure stakeholder buy-in.

Nice To Haves

  • Python, SQL, Atlassian Suite (Confluence, Jira) knowledge preferred.
  • Experience with Automated Manufacturing or Semiconductor FAB a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Assume ownership of specific product schedules (NPI or Mass Production), Logistic Equipment, or supply chain role depending on factory needs.
  • Work with engineering, shift‑operations, and quality teams to identify tactical issues, resolve critical incidents, & author, implement, and maintain SOPs for each ownership domain.
  • Conduct capacity analysis and supply‑chain forecasting to proactively identify risks that could impact factory performance, and execute corrective actions to mitigate them.
  • Coordinate factory production schedules and associated actions with internal teams and external stakeholders (Korea HQ) to ensure the correct priorities are established.
  • Partner with systems technology and engineering teams to design & demonstrate the improvements to enhance current scheduling & productivity systems.
  • Effectively communicate at all levels to champion lean‑manufacturing initiatives that enhance factory efficiency.
  • Develop & deploy new tools than refine existing processes & lead training to ensure seamless integration into standard workflows.
