We are responsible for the end-to-end digital and physical Guest and Cast experience for all technology & digital-led initiatives across the Attractions & Entertainment, Food & Beverage, Resorts & Transportation, PhotoPass and Merchandise lines of business, which includes Room and Tickets eCommerce and products such as Hey Disney!, MagicBand+, Disney Genie and Disney Genie+. Job Summary This position oversees the Content Pipeline that serves critical planning information to our Guests via our destination Apps and Websites. Technical understanding of Content Management Systems, Content Pipeline Systems, and Front-end clients is necessary. The main goal of this role is to evaluate the health of our content and content pipeline, maintain and update our content auditing tool, audit content and collaborate with LOB and Development teams to fix and improve content and infrastructure, support/train teams with and deliver content configurations.
