The NPI (New Product Introduction) Engineering Manager is responsible for leading the successful transition of new aerospace and defense products from development into full-rate production. This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on engineering execution to ensure products are delivered on time, within cost and in compliance with stringent regulatory and quality standards. This leader will manage a team of engineers while actively contributing to technical problem solving, process development and cross functional execution.
Requirements

- Experience in aerospace and defense products
- Experience in transitioning products from development to full-rate production
- Experience in managing a team of engineers

- Understanding of stringent regulatory and quality standards
