About The Position

Roboflow is undergoing a significant narrative shift, transitioning from being recognized as a data labeling tool for developers to becoming the premier Vision AI platform powering production deployments within major corporations. With over half of the Fortune 100 already utilizing Roboflow's services, the focus is now on ensuring these clients, and the decision-makers within them, perceive Roboflow as the leading Vision AI platform. This role is pivotal in driving that perception and solidifying Roboflow's market position.

Requirements

  • Proven experience owning positioning end-to-end, including defining messaging, building proof, and rolling it out across a company.
  • Demonstrated success in leading product launches that have made a significant impact, with the ability to detail specific launches, roles, inputs, and results.
  • B2B marketing experience, specifically marketing to B2B buyers with high Average Contract Values (ACVs) and complex sales cycles.
  • Understanding of how Heads of AI and C-suite buyers make decisions and experience building materials tailored for them.
  • Technical fluency, with comfort in technical conversations. A background in computer vision, ML infrastructure, or developer tools is a strong plus.
  • Excellent writing skills: ability to produce crisp, plain, and specific content for decks, landing pages, emails, and sales call scripts.
  • Strong sales partnership instinct, with a willingness to embed with the field, attend deal reviews, and bring insights back into marketing.
  • High output and low ego, with the ability to move fast, work across many surfaces, receive feedback, and ship high-quality work.

Responsibilities

  • Own positioning end-to-end: Define how we talk about products and features, sharpen messaging, build proof, and ensure all external-facing surfaces tell a coherent story.
  • Lead product launches: Architect impactful launches, select key moments, build the narrative, secure customer references, brief analysts, and equip the sales field.
  • Build buyer surfaces: Create buyer-facing landing pages, ROI frameworks, vertical-specific narratives, customer outcomes, and named reference stories to ensure the website and content library effectively serve buyers.
  • Deliver content that sales uses: Develop decks, battle cards, objection handling guides, competitive intelligence, and pricing positioning materials, working closely with Account Executives (AEs) weekly.
  • Productize customer proof: Transform customer wins into structured case studies, videos, webinars, conference talks, and peer referral motions, operationalizing the reference machine.
  • Drive vertical strategy: Focus on key industries like industrial, logistics, aerospace and defense, automotive, energy, and healthcare, developing vertical-specific messaging, content, and field strategies to achieve market penetration.
