  • AI native; experience using AI to speed up work and raise the ceiling on project quality.
  • Operational excellence; sweat the details, run tight processes, and ensure everything shipped delivers an incredible experience.

  • Exceptional cross-functional skills; build strong partnerships with sales, product, and external partners.
  • Intellectual Curiosity; genuine interest in how AI and technology are reshaping professional work and the future of essential service businesses.
  • Track record of successful product launches (Versatile Launch Experience).
  • Multi-disciplinary GTM experience (e.g., sales, growth, founding a business) demonstrating curiosity, well-roundedness, and unique perspectives.
  • Good intuition for customer wants and natural instincts for resonant copy, images, and ideas (Taste).
  • Ability to write punchy, clear, and impactful case studies or ad copy messaging.

Responsibilities

  • Develop a deep understanding of enterprise essential service companies, their growth trajectories, and how solutions like Netic fit in.
  • Own Netic’s core messaging and positioning across company types (independently-owned, consolidator, PE), verticals (home services, consumer wellness, automotive, etc.), and buyer personas (CEO/COO, Marketing, Call Center, Finance).
  • Obsess over the outcomes of your work and see projects through to the end, working closely with the growth team to run tests around key messaging and positioning insights for learning and iteration.
  • Ideate and launch creative marketing campaigns to help Netic cut through the noise with buyers.
  • Own new product launches, including building initial proof points, positioning, and market communication.
  • Arm the sales team with assets that win deals, such as pitch decks, battlecards, one-pagers, case studies, competitive intel, and objection-handling materials.
  • Leverage AI tools for research synthesis, drafting, iteration, personalization, and asset production.
  • Feed structured signal back to product, sales, and leadership to refine product development and business positioning.
