About The Position

US Conec is seeking a Product Marketing Strategist to help shape and communicate the value of our innovative connectivity solutions across global markets and industries. This role serves as a key link between Product Line Management and Marketing Communications, translating complex technologies into compelling customer-focused messaging while collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive product awareness, engagement, and growth.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in product marketing, technical marketing, marketing communications, content strategy, or a related discipline.
Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.
Strong understanding of product positioning, value propositions, audience segmentation, and integrated marketing strategies.
Ability to collaborate effectively with engineers, Product Managers, and technical subject matter experts.
Strong project management, organizational, and multitasking skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams).
Ability to manage cross-functional initiatives from concept through execution.
Ability to travel occasionally as business needs require.

Nice To Haves

Experience in a technical, engineering-focused, manufacturing, industrial, telecommunications, or B2B environment.
Experience supporting product launches, integrated marketing campaigns, and go-to-market strategies.
Knowledge of competitive analysis, market research, and customer insights methodologies.
Experience developing content for digital marketing, social media, advertising, and trade show programs.
Familiarity with content management systems (CMS), project management platforms, and ERP systems.
Experience coordinating product demonstrations, trade show exhibits, or industry events.
Understanding of fiber optic connectivity, telecommunications, or related technology markets.

Responsibilities

Partner with Product Managers, engineers, and subject matter experts to understand product strategies, technologies, applications, customer needs, and competitive advantages.
Develop differentiated product positioning, value propositions, key messaging, and storytelling frameworks that support business and marketing objectives.
Support marketing strategies for new product launches, existing product portfolios, integrated campaigns, and thought leadership initiatives.
Create clear, compelling, and technically accurate content for websites, sales tools, presentations, videos, social media, advertising, trade shows, and other marketing channels.
Develop campaign concepts, creative briefs, and content strategies to support coordinated multi-channel marketing efforts.
Collaborate with marketing leadership to ensure product messaging aligns with US Conec’s corporate brand, market position, and communication strategies.
Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and industry monitoring to identify trends, opportunities, and messaging gaps.
Partner with Product Managers and marketing leadership to establish priorities for trade shows, product demonstrations, and industry events.
Manage product-related trade show displays from planning through execution, coordinating with internal teams and external partners to ensure readiness and accuracy.
Drive multiple projects simultaneously while managing timelines, stakeholders, vendors, budgets, and deliverables.
Support additional product marketing and strategic marketing initiatives as needed.
