About The Position

The Product Marketing Specialist will support the development and execution of go-to-market strategies for Moneris' product portfolio. As part of the Product Marketing team, this role partners closely with Product Marketing Managers, Product Management, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to develop product positioning, create sales enablement materials, support product launches, and drive customer adoption. Location: You will be based in our Etobicoke office, balancing in-office collaboration with remote flexibility. Reporting Relationship: You will report to Manager, Product Marketing. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in product marketing, product marketing support, or marketing roles, preferably within a B2B environment.
  • Experience developing or supporting marketing campaigns, sales enablement content, or go-to-market initiatives.
  • Experience conducting market, competitor, or customer research to inform marketing activities.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to support business objectives.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience within the payments, financial services, fintech, or related industry.
  • Exposure to product launches, product lifecycle marketing, or product adoption initiatives.
  • Experience supporting strategic partner or channel marketing programs.
  • Familiarity with sales enablement tools and content development.

Responsibilities

  • Support the execution of go-to-market strategies for product launches, enhancements, and lifecycle marketing initiatives.
  • Own assigned components of the launch process, including messaging development, marketing asset creation, and internal launch readiness activities.
  • Develop and execute annual tactical marketing plans in collaboration with key internal and external partners.
  • Create, review, and refine product marketing content, sales enablement materials, and campaign assets across digital and print channels.
  • Partner with Sales and Sales Readiness teams to develop tools, resources, and communications that support sales effectiveness and product knowledge.
  • Conduct market, competitor, and customer research to identify market opportunities, trends, and customer needs.
  • Build and maintain relationships with strategic partners to support ongoing marketing initiatives and program execution.
  • Track marketing program performance, budgets, and expenses to support effective resource management.
  • Maintain marketing calendars and support the planning and coordination of marketing activities.
