About The Position

Anthropic's mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems that are safe and beneficial for users and society. This role is central to organizing product launches across Anthropic's portfolio, including products like Claude, Claude Code, and the developer platform, as well as enterprise solutions and safety initiatives. The Product Marketing Operations Manager will build and manage the operating system for product launches, including the launch calendar, deliverable tracking, review processes, and launch-day execution. This is a hands-on, high-ownership role on a lean product marketing team, requiring direct contribution as a product marketer during peak launch volumes. The ideal candidate will have experience managing complex launches and a preference for designing scalable systems over manual execution.

Requirements

  • Owned launch or release operations end to end, and been accountable for launches landing on time and in good shape
  • Built or substantially improved a launch or release process
  • Treat process as a product — you care whether people adopt what you build, and you measure it
  • Background in product marketing, product operations, technical program management, and launch production all fit
  • Work well when priorities and timelines shift, and can keep a complex plan coherent as details change
  • Effective at driving decisions across senior stakeholders without direct authority
  • Have a technical background with the ability to understand and communicate complex AI concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Write clearly, and can produce launch-ready material
  • Energized by ambiguity and moving fast in a rapidly evolving market

Responsibilities

  • Serve as one of the core organizers of the product launch process end to end: collaborating with peers across product, operations, and GTM
  • Own the product launch calendar and sequencing across a broad portfolio of releases — products, solutions, and programs — prioritizing your time against the team's top priorities and coordinating timing with partner teams across marketing, product, and communications
  • Own the plan of record for each launch, like deliverables, owners, dependencies, and deadlines, and surface risks early enough to act on them
  • Own the path launch materials take through review, partnering with legal, policy, product, and communications so reviews happen in the right sequence against dates people can plan to
  • Drive decisions and alignment across senior cross-functional stakeholders without direct authority
  • Own launch-day execution: sequencing, timing, access, and the operational readiness of everything that goes live together
  • Own the internal resources our field teams reach for first, along with the operational side of enablement, including scheduling, speakers, and materials logistics
  • Develop and improve launch processes, playbooks, and operational frameworks that scale beyond any one launch
  • Own launch retrospectives, recurring product communications, and — when volume requires it — launch materials themselves
