Product Marketing Manager

Arta FinanceMountain View, CA
$110,000 - $300,000Hybrid

About The Position

Arta Finance is seeking a highly strategic, creative, and data-driven Product Marketing Manager to lead B2C go-to-market strategy, driving growth, trust, and adoption for their advanced investment platform in the US and Singapore markets. This role involves translating complex financial products like structured products, alternatives, and AI-driven portfolios into accurate, compliant, and compelling content for members, often under tight weekly deadlines. The position requires designing scalable B2C marketing strategies and educational frameworks that can inform the B2B business and external partners. Arta launches new investment products weekly, making this a high-velocity role focused on accurate and timely market launches.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of product marketing experience, with a proven track track record specifically within wealth management, fintech, or alternative investment platforms.
  • Deep roots in consumer marketing with the strategic breadth to see how consumer behaviors and messaging can be systematized to enable B2B partners.
  • Understanding of the nuances of sophisticated financial products (e.g., private markets, exotic derivatives and their mechanics—and tax-aware investing) and know how to talk about them legally and compellingly.
  • Ability to sit with a trader, understand a new trade idea the day it's priced, and write member-ready copy about it that's correct on the first pass.
  • Highly hands-on and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Meticulous with details—product terms, deadlines, and figures—and comfortable owning recurring publishing workflows where errors have real member impact.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to look at adoption data, run A/B copy tests, and constantly iterate on the activation funnel.
  • Actively use AI tools in your daily work and are excited to build automated, AI-assisted marketing workflows rather than just consume them.
  • Experience working alongside legal and compliance teams to ship creative, impactful marketing within a highly regulated landscape, including securing approvals for member-facing communications.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior alts/derivatives marketing experience strongly preferred over general fintech.
  • Experience marketing financial products across jurisdictions (US and APAC/Singapore).

Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end launch strategy and execution for new financial products, alternative investments (ie Private Equity, Venture Capital, Real Estate, etc.), Structured Products, and AI-driven portfolio tools—across both US and Singapore offerings.
  • Own the recurring product content pipeline—brochures, webinars, product specifications, timelines, and in-app product pages—working with investment, design, and ops teams to publish accurate, compliant product content on tight weekly launch cycles.
  • Author and deploy high-impact marketing collateral, launch and redemption emails, in-app positioning, and educational narratives that drive member activation and long-term retention.
  • Plan and execute paid user acquisition, landing pages, and educational webinars featuring Arta's investment leaders to drive qualified top-of-funnel growth.
  • Produce white papers, explainers, and evergreen educational content (e.g., "New to Structured Products?") that demystify sophisticated strategies and build the trust flywheel.
  • Demystify complex, high-net-worth financial strategies into elegant, user-focused value propositions that clear regulatory hurdles while building profound user trust. Act as steward of Arta's brand voice across all member-facing content.
  • Use and build AI tools (agents, skills, automated review workflows) to accelerate content production, improve accuracy, and scale marketing operations—and document processes so they're repeatable by the broader team.
  • Audit and refine onboarding flows, in-product copy, and activation touchpoints; run A/B tests and iterate based on adoption data.
  • Partner closely with Product Management, Compliance, Investment Research, Design, Email Ops, and Client Advisory teams to ensure a unified and compliant product narrative across the entire member journey.
  • Stay ahead of macroeconomic trends, regulatory changes, and competitive shifts in the wealth management and private market landscapes.

Benefits

  • Competitive salary and benefits package, with ample opportunities for growth and advancement
  • Vibrant and dynamic work environment where innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning are highly valued
  • Opportunity to work with a diverse and talented team of industry experts, passionate about shaping the future of finance
  • Robust health insurance offering for you and your family
  • High deductible health plan available with health savings account contribution
