About The Position

We are looking for a hyper-analytical, driven Marketing Product Manager to own the marketing lifecycle for Dollarwise and all products across Calebhammer.com. Reporting directly to the VP of Marketing, you will act as the critical bridge between our marketing engine and the Product Managers driving our platforms. If you obsess over finding true product-market fit, hunting down market gaps, and taking tools from ideation to an explosive launch, this is exactly where you belong.

Requirements

  • Proven track record in Product Marketing, Product Management, or a similar growth-focused role ideally within: FinTech, consumer apps, or rapidly scaling creator-led brands.
  • A deep, unrelenting love for market research. You don't guess; you look at the data, talk to users, and prove what works.
  • A sharp eye for spotting product gaps and the strategic chops to propose actionable ways to fill them.
  • Hands-on experience in bringing products to life. You know exactly what it takes to build the hype, launch the feature, and sustain the promotion.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to work seamlessly alongside both marketing leadership and technical product teams.
  • A no-nonsense, high-energy attitude. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a genuine passion for personal finance and helping people better their lives.

Responsibilities

  • Drive the Go-To-Market (GTM) Strategy: Spearhead the creation, launch, and ongoing promotion of new products and features across both the Dollarwise app and Calebhammer.com.
  • Bridge Marketing and Product: Partner closely with the Product Managers for Dollarwise and Calebhammer.com to translate technical roadmaps and feature updates into high-converting, user-centric marketing campaigns.
  • Hunt for Opportunities: Obsessively research our audience and the broader FinTech landscape to uncover product gaps, untapped markets, and solutions our users desperately need.
  • Validate Product-Market Fit: Define, test, and relentlessly iterate on Product-Market Fit (PMF) to ensure every feature we build solves a real, painful financial problem for our audience.
  • Align with Leadership: Work directly under the VP of Marketing to ensure all product marketing initiatives directly feed into our aggressive top-line growth and user acquisition targets.
