Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, Business, or a related discipline.
  • 3+ years of product management or marketing experience in the medical device industry.
  • Proven experience managing complex product portfolios.
  • Demonstrated involvement in new product development and commercialization.
  • Experience supporting or contributing to RFP/tender processes.
  • Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making capability.
  • Experience with forecasting, demand planning, and margin analysis.
  • Advanced technology skills (CRM and BI).
  • Ability to translate technical and clinical information into clear commercial strategies.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and execution discipline.
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

  • Product Lifecycle Ownership
  • Manage the full lifecycle of assigned product lines from concept through commercialization and end-of-life.
  • Own product change processes, ensuring seamless execution of updates to components and configurations.
  • Translate customer and market insights into actionable product development opportunities.
  • Commercial Execution & Launch Management
  • Support and execute go-to-market strategies for new products.
  • Partner with Sales, Operations, and Customer Service to ensure successful product launches.
  • Contribute to RFP and tender submissions, ensuring accurate positioning, pricing, and specifications.
  • Data, Forecasting & Profitability
  • Develop and maintain demand forecasts aligned with supply chain requirements.
  • Analyze pricing, margins, and product mix to drive profitability.
  • Leverage business intelligence tools to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Process Improvement & Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Identify and implement improvements to product management processes.
  • Collaborate across marketing, operations, and commercial teams to drive efficiency and performance.
