About The Position

Snorkel is seeking a Product Marketing Manager to execute launches, enablement, and campaigns for their core product and offering initiatives. This role involves partnering closely with technical, research, and field leaders to translate new offerings into clear positioning, repeatable sales plays, and high-quality Go-To-Market (GTM) programs. The Product Marketing Manager will be responsible for maintaining the core asset library, including battlecards, one-pagers, decks, and product narratives, ensuring they remain relevant in a fast-moving market. This is a hands-on position for an individual who thrives in an AI-native company environment and wants to manage projects end-to-end.

Requirements

  • 5-8+ years in product marketing, technical marketing, or related fields, including 2+ years focused on AI-native products.
  • Deep expertise defining differentiated positioning and compelling product narratives, and integrating them into high-impact marketing across the funnel.
  • A seasoned communicator who can translate complex technical concepts for both technical and business audiences into high-impact storytelling.
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain quality and consistency across multiple workstreams while operating at the speed of an AI-native, high-growth environment.
  • Proven success building sales plays and enablement assets (battlecards, one-pagers, decks) in B2B startup or scale-up environments.
  • Hands-on experience contributing to integrated campaigns and ABM programs in close partnership with demand gen.
  • Track record of running a competitive intel function: sourcing signal, synthesizing insights, and arming the field with materials that win deals.
  • Analytical product marketer who combines 0-to-1 launch leadership with a disciplined approach to tracking KPIs and performance metrics.

Nice To Haves

  • Solid working understanding of AI technologies, generative AI, and frontier model development, with genuine enthusiasm for the space.
  • Based in or near San Francisco.
  • Experience leveraging AI to augment your own work, with a high bar for taste.

Responsibilities

  • Execute new product and offering launches end-to-end, from positioning and messaging through asset development, enablement, and post-launch iteration, in close partnership with Product, Research, and Sales.
  • Build and maintain the core enablement portfolio (decks, one-pagers, talk tracks, battlecards, demo narratives) as a single source of truth, and develop repeatable sales plays tailored by ICP, persona, and use case.
  • Partner cross-functionally to develop integrated campaigns and ABM programs targeting priority accounts. Drive continuous iteration based on pipeline signal and ensure product narrative is integrated end-to-end across channels.
  • Own competitive intelligence as a continuous function: maintain sales assets, track competitor moves, and surface insights that shape positioning, roadmap input, and field strategy.
  • Develop high-impact customer narratives, product release communications, and content supporting strategic partnership and co-marketing initiatives.
  • Own and manage the intake process for GTM and field requests, prioritize against revenue impact, and ensure the right asset, message, or play reaches the right audience with quality and speed.
