  • Experience ensuring consistent voice and messaging across digital channels and websites

Responsibilities

  • Maintain strong communications between Product, Demand Gen / Growth Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success
  • Work with product to plan feature releases
  • Develop copy for in-app feature releases
  • Build consistent product release communications for current customers
  • Build consistent marketing communications for mid-funnel pipeline (email, retargeting ads, direct mail): Freemium / SMB pipeline, Mid-Market pipeline, Enterprise Bridge pipeline, Channel Partners pipeline
  • Develop consistent organic product marketing content for social media
  • Manage social media / community engagement
  • Work with customers and Customer Success to develop Case Studies
  • Work closely with Growth Marketing / Demand Gen to ensure consistent voice and messaging across all digital channels, website, etc.
