Requirements

  • 4–5+ years of product marketing experience, with a track record of driving product adoption and shaping how products are positioned and sold.
  • Experience owning end-to-end go-to-market strategy and leading cross-functional launches from early definition through post-launch adoption.
  • Strong analytical foundation — using market research, competitive insights, and customer feedback to inform positioning and drive measurable outcomes.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to align and influence across Product, Sales, and Marketing.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or equivalent working experience.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with manufacturing, industrial software, or other complex technical domains is a plus.
  • Experience in regulated industries such as life sciences or aerospace & defense is a bonus.

Responsibilities

  • Own positioning and messaging for key manufacturing verticals (e.g., life sciences, aerospace & defense), defining how Tulip differentiates in a crowded and evolving market.
  • Drive end-to-end go-to-market strategy for product launches, from early product definition through post-launch adoption and iteration.
  • Translate market, competitive, and customer insights into clear positioning that connects platform capabilities — particularly in AI and composable operations — to real business value.
  • Build scalable sales enablement systems that improve win rates, shorten deal cycles, and create a feedback loop from the field into product and messaging.
  • Define and track success metrics for adoption, pipeline impact, and product marketing effectiveness, using data to continuously refine GTM strategy.
  • Develop high-impact thought leadership and customer-facing content (case studies, whitepapers, webinars, industry presentations) that reinforces Tulip's market position.
