Product Marketing Manager

DeepIPParis, United States
Onsite

About The Position

DeepIP is seeking a Product Marketing Manager to act as the bridge between product development and external stakeholders like Sales, Customer Success, prospects, and users. This role involves owning the product's narrative from creation to adoption, including developing demos, marketing materials, internal training, and user guides. It's a hands-on production role, deeply integrated with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Support teams, focusing on what is currently being shipped. The ideal candidate is a 'maker' who can personally create content and assets, rather than just delegating. DeepIP is experiencing significant growth and is looking for individuals to join their team in Paris. The company culture is described as collaborative, fast-paced, flexible, and focused on learning and ownership.

Requirements

  • English native
  • B2B SaaS background, ideally in a product marketing or product-adjacent content role
  • Experience in IP, patents, or legal services (as a marketer or practitioner)
  • Experience at a high-growth, Series A/B startup
  • Demo flow ownership: building and maintaining a sales demo flow in a fast-shipping environment, keeping it current as the product evolves
  • Strong instructional writing skills for guides, onboarding emails, or training materials
  • A portfolio demonstrating long-form content (case studies, whitepapers, market reports)
  • Genuine, hands-on comfort producing visual content (illustrations, diagrams, product explainer visuals)
  • Comfortable participating in QA/release conversations and assessing understandability
  • A maker's instinct: default to producing the asset yourself rather than routing it to someone else

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with demo/illustration tools (Figma)
  • Experience with help-center or onboarding tooling (Intercom & Notion)

Responsibilities

  • Product release campaigns structuring: Design a repeatable release process, translating feature lists into problem/solution narratives with clear value propositions and defined personas.
  • Work with Demand Generation to plan 360 campaigns that resonate and generate pipeline.
  • Demo Flow & Product Narrative: Own and maintain the core demo flow used by Sales, integrating new features as they ship and ensuring narrative coherence as the product evolves.
  • Product Content & Illustration: Produce visual assets like illustrations and diagrams for decks, one-pagers, in-app messages, and demos. Build marketing materials tied to product capabilities and maintain all product-related content.
  • Enablement & Training: Conduct training sessions for Sales and Customer Success on product or demo changes to improve win rates. Serve as the internal expert on how to discuss product features. Identify top competitors and produce battle cards and objection-handling guides.
  • QA & Release Support: Participate in QA sessions to identify gaps between product, documentation, and demos before they reach customers.
  • Guides & Onboarding: Write clear, task-oriented how-to guides and maintain onboarding email sequences to drive user activation.
