Responsibilities

  • Develop product positioning, messaging, and retailer-specific selling stories that connect product benefits to category growth, shopper insights, and customer needs.
  • Create and maintain sales enablement materials, including sell sheets, product one-pagers, line-review and category-review presentations, launch kits, and account-specific pitch decks.
  • Plan and execute channel marketing programs, including retail media, on-site merchandising, promotional calendars, co-op or MDF campaigns, and joint marketing plans with retail and distribution partners.
  • Optimize the digital shelf through enhanced content, product detail pages, imagery, copy, ratings-and-reviews strategy, and retail search visibility.
  • Develop consumer-facing content across digital, social, video, packaging, merchandising, and point-of-purchase touchpoints to build awareness and purchase intent.
  • Create and manage sample, demo, display, and merchandising programs, including planogram storytelling, display concepts, and in-store materials.
  • Own creative briefs and manage internal teams, agencies, and vendors to deliver accurate, on-brand, and on-time content.
  • Adapt global or corporate brand campaigns for the U.S. market, retail channels, and relevant consumer segments.
  • Maintain a consistent source of truth for approved product messaging, imagery, pricing, promotion, assortment, and launch communications.
  • Track campaign, content, and program performance, including sell-through, ROI, retail-media efficiency, and digital-shelf health; use insights to improve results.
  • Manage marketing calendars, assigned budgets, co-op or MDF funds, project timelines, and cross-functional stakeholders.
