Product Marketing Manager

NetcraftLehi, UT

About The Position

Netcraft is the global leader in cybercrime detection and disruption, protecting major companies and governments worldwide. The company has blocked over 225 million cyber-attacks and takes down a significant portion of global phishing attacks. Netcraft fosters a supportive and inspiring workplace with strong benefits, wellness programs, and opportunities for collaboration and team connection. This role focuses on the post-sale aspect of Netcraft's go-to-market strategy. The Product Marketing Manager will translate Netcraft's positioning and messaging into content, campaigns, and enablement materials for renewal and expansion efforts, utilized by Customer Success and Sales teams. The position involves bringing customer stories and outcomes to life to clearly articulate Netcraft's value to existing customers, the market, and internal stakeholders. Additionally, the role supports overall go-to-market motions and product launches, ensuring existing customers understand new capabilities to drive adoption, retention, and expansion. Collaboration with the Product Marketing team and the commercial organization is key, translating new product capabilities and positioning into customer-facing communications and sales enablement materials. The role also acts as a conduit for customer insights, feeding information about renewal, churn, adoption, expansion, and proof opportunities back into the business to inform future positioning.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in product marketing, customer marketing, lifecycle marketing, or go-to-market marketing, ideally in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Experience working with Customer Success and Sales teams to translate account context, customer needs, and commercial priorities into content, campaigns, and enablement materials.
  • Ability to translate strategic messaging into practical customer-facing materials without needing to set positioning independently.
  • Strong post-sale go-to-market mindset, with an understanding of how proof, enablement, and customer communication support adoption, renewal, and expansion after the deal closes.
  • Strong writing and communication skills across emails, messaging, customer newsletters, proof points, and customer quotes.
  • Confidence interviewing customers and shaping their input into clear, credible stories for Sales and Customer Success.
  • Practical instinct for segmentation, including identifying at-risk accounts, expansion-ready customers, and strong proof candidates without waiting for perfect data.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple programs, interviews, campaigns, and deadlines in parallel.
  • Sound judgment about what to handle directly, what to escalate, and when to surface customer signals.
  • Self-motivation, determination, resilience, and a positive, solutions-focused approach.
  • A genuine interest in cybercrime and internet security, including threats such as phishing, malware, brand abuse, and online fraud. Cybersecurity experience is beneficial but not required.

  • Turn launch messaging into customer-facing communications that drive adoption of new capabilities.
  • Brief Customer Success and Support teams on new product shipments, their implications for existing customers, and how to communicate their value.
  • Own the customer case study program, from candidate sourcing and interviews to narrative shaping and content production support.
  • Manage customer review activity, including timing requests, reducing customer friction, and transforming feedback into usable proof.
  • Maintain a library of customer quotes, metrics, outcomes, and proof points for use across collateral, campaigns, and sales conversations.
  • Support the Customer Advisory Board with materials, logistics, and follow-up recaps.
  • Participate in insight loops with Customer Success, Sales, Support, and Product to identify adoption blockers, expansion patterns, customer proof opportunities, and competitive signals.
  • Produce the quarterly customer newsletter, integrating product value, usage stories, customer wins, launch updates, and relevant cybercrime threat insights.
