About The Position

Sia is seeking a contract Program/Product Marketing generalist to support a major global technology and social platform company with a large subscriptions product release. This is an embedded, hands-on role where the contractor will coordinate across projects as subscription-based products ship new features and updates. The Product Marketing Manager will manage stakeholder communication and maintain a client-facing website tied to the release. The engagement is structured as a contract placement, staffed by Sia, working day-to-day under the client team's direction. The ideal candidate is a versatile generalist with strong strategy and operations instincts, excellent project coordination skills, and product fluency to navigate a fast-moving, often ambiguous technology environment. Success in this role means ensuring subscription features and plan updates launch smoothly through tight coordination of workstreams, timelines, and dependencies, providing clear and timely information to clients and cross-functional teams, maintaining accurate and current release websites and content, and proactively identifying and addressing risks and blockers.

Requirements

  • 5 years of relevant experience in program/project management, strategy & operations, digital marketing, or product marketing
  • Hands-on experience maintaining or updating a website or content portal
  • Digital and AI fluency, and comfort adapting quickly to a fast-changing scope
  • BA degree
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States at the time of application and throughout their employment.

Nice To Haves

  • Formal Product Marketing Manager (PMM) background or title
  • Prior experience with subscription products, product releases, or big-tech/social-platform environments
  • 3+ years of Management Consulting Experience

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate across projects as subscription based products ship new features and updates.
  • Manage stakeholder communication.

  • Take end-to-end ownership of positioning, messaging, go-to-market strategy, and launches.
  • Execute on product marketing tasks.
  • Shape GTM positioning, narrative, competitive strategy, launch, and execution.
  • Ensure workstreams, timelines, and dependencies remain tightly coordinated for smooth feature and plan updates.
  • Provide clear and timely information to client and cross-functional teams.
  • Maintain accuracy and currency of the release website and supporting content.
  • Ensure go-to-market, strategy, and operations efforts stay connected.
  • Identify, communicate, and address risks, blockers, and timeline shifts early.
