Job Description Summary We are seeking a Product Marketing Manager – STR to lead AI first go to market strategy and execution across the STR product portfolio. This role partners closely with Product, Sales, Revenue Operations, and Marketing to ensure STR products are competitively positioned, effectively priced, clearly packaged, and consistently communicated. The ideal candidate is both strategic and execution oriented, with a strong command of AI tools to materially improve the speed, quality, and impact of GTM activities. This role is critical to translating complex product capabilities into clear customer value and measurable business outcomes.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Product Marketing or GTM roles in SaaS or B2B platforms
  • Strong background in pricing strategy, competitive analysis, and portfolio positioning
  • Proven experience working cross functionally with Product, Sales, Marketing and Operations
  • High proficiency with AI tools for research, content creation, analysis, and reporting
  • Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in PropTech, Travel, or vertical SaaS is a plus

Responsibilities

  • AI Driven Competitive Intelligence & Pricing Strategy
  • Own competitive set analysis and pricing research across short term property management systems, revenue management, digital market, payments, and insurance
  • Continuously monitor competitor positioning, feature releases, and pricing changes using AI assisted research and synthesis
  • Deliver ongoing pricing, packaging, and monetization recommendations aligned to value based pricing, expansion ARR, and retention goals
  • Partner with Product and Operations to support price increases, bundle launches, and pricing experiments
  • Product Positioning & Portfolio Level Bundling
  • Define and maintain clear positioning and messaging for each STR product and portfolio level offering
  • Create and evolve product bundle recommendations that increase attach rates, simplify sales motions, and support cross sell and upsell strategies
  • Translate roadmap capabilities, including AI functionality, into outcome based customer value narratives
  • Ensure consistent positioning across Product, Sales, Marketing, Operations and Customer Success
  • AI Enabled GTM Execution & Digital Collateral
  • Define STR product messaging and maintain it as the single source of truth across all GTM channels
  • Partner with Marketing, who owns execution, design, and production of all digital GTM collateral, including pitch decks, solution briefs, one-pagers, and demo narratives
  • Provide clear direction, inputs, and requirements to ensure all assets are persona-specific, lifecycle-aware, and sales-ready
  • Review and approve collateral to ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment with product strategy
  • GTM Success Metrics & AI Driven Reporting
  • Define success metrics for GTM initiatives across adoption, pipeline influence, expansion, and retention
  • Deliver ongoing reporting and insights to STR Product and Leadership teams
  • Partner with Product Analytics and Revenue Operations to connect GTM activity to measurable business outcomes
