Product Marketing Manager

Bonusly
$117,000 - $170,000

About The Position

We're launching Bizy, our AI companion, to general availability this year and are shipping features faster than ever. This role owns the full arc of how customers discover, adopt, and talk about new features, making Bonusly the tool employees reach for. This role sits under Marketing but works at the intersection of Product, Marketing, and Customer Success, with a voice in product development due to reporting structures. The launch is just the beginning, and this role is crucial for shaping the customer journey and product roadmap.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of product marketing experience, ideally at a SaaS or product-led company where you owned launches and post-launch adoption.
  • Strategic thinker who can connect customer insight to product direction and GTM execution.
  • Ability to facilitate customer research and turn learnings into product and marketing decisions.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and take a scrappy, high-ownership approach.
  • Clear communicator with high standards for quality, including strong writing skills and a focus on measurement.
  • Experience using AI as a real tool in work for drafting, iterating, research, and moving faster.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience marketing AI-powered features or products to an existing customer base.
  • Background in HR tech, culture tech, or employee engagement platforms.
  • Experience with a customer base that's unusually passionate about the product and knowing how to amplify that.
  • Familiarity with tools like Intercom, ChurnZero, Customer.io, or similar lifecycle platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Own go-to-market for product launches: positioning, messaging, customer communications, and coordinating across Product, CS, and Marketing.
  • Drive feature adoption beyond the launch by building programs that create sustained usage of strategic features.
  • Own the customer insight loop by organizing and facilitating research like focus groups and user interviews.
  • Surface and tell customer stories through assets like case studies, social campaigns, and content.
  • Partner with the customer enablement specialist on communications execution.
  • Track feature adoption after launches, monitor engagement across customer channels, and use data to improve strategies.
