We’re looking for a Product Marketing Manager to join our ever evolving Product Marketing team and help shape the future of global commerce.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of B2B marketing (preferably SaaS or enterprise software) with a focus on product marketing.
  • Experience successfully launching and growing products within payments, eCommerce, FinTech or Paytech business for non-profit and fundraising organizations.
  • Demonstrated track record of creating compelling value proposition / narrative.
  • Advanced quantitative and analytical skills.
  • Strong communicator; capable of effectively presenting ideas and selling concepts and tactics; excellent writer, proven ability to communicate effectively with executive-levels; ability to quickly understand needs and act on those needs.
  • Bachelor’s degree required in business, marketing or a related discipline.

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of the non-profit and fundraising events industry is a plus.
  • Excellent cross-departmental relationship building (communication, negotiation, influencing, listening).
  • Demonstrated ability to handle pressure, tension, ambiguity, changing priorities, and multiple viewpoints in a manner consistent with the company’s core values.

Responsibilities

  • Initiate and drive research, provide market insights and analysis of competitive solutions to assist in decision making and program prioritization.
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of client needs, key industry trends, and competitive landscape to influence product roadmap decisions.
  • Identify target audience and clearly define the value proposition and key differentiators of Greater Giving solutions in the market, driving consistent, comprehensive messaging across all audiences and channels.
  • Use market and client knowledge and industry awareness to provide strategic guidance on core messaging and positioning for solutions across the Greater Giving platform.
  • Lead collaboration with Greater Giving product and revenue marketing teams on go-to-market strategy for product releases.
