About The Position

AssemblyAI is seeking a Product Marketing Manager to enhance its marketing engine. This role involves maintaining website accuracy, enabling sales representatives, and refreshing customer proof points. The Product Marketing Manager will also focus on key use cases such as voice agents, medical scribes, AI note takers, and customer calls, developing targeted positioning, campaigns, and narratives for relevant buyers.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience in B2B product marketing.
  • Strong writing skills with the ability to articulate technical products clearly and compellingly.
  • Proven ability to translate technical capabilities into positioning that aligns with business outcomes for enterprise buyers.
  • Experience supporting sales teams with enablement materials that impact revenue metrics.
  • Excellent cross-functional project management and communication skills.
  • Deep curiosity about Voice AI and enthusiasm for marketing infrastructure that enables developers.
  • Proficiency with AI and LLMs in daily workflow, including their application in research, drafting, analysis, and iteration, with a clear understanding of their benefits and limitations.

  • Background working with or marketing to developers and product teams.
  • Familiarity with developer tooling ecosystems and modern go-to-market strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for website-related inquiries and ideas, managing triage, routing, and follow-through with relevant partners.
  • Develop new solution, use case, and product pages from conception to completion, including narrative and copy, in collaboration with brand and web teams.
  • Ensure existing web pages remain accurate and consistent with product and positioning updates.
  • Write and update website copy to align with the company's infrastructure-first API positioning.
  • Translate technical capabilities into clear, compelling narratives that highlight business outcomes.
  • Act as an internal subject matter expert on key use cases (voice agents, medical scribes, AI note takers, customer calls), understanding their respective buyers, competitors, and market dynamics.
  • Develop executive-level positioning and strategic narratives for target use cases, adapting them into presentations, landing pages, and campaigns.
  • Translate new product and feature launches into use-case-specific solutions campaigns.
  • Identify emerging use cases and verticals based on customer feedback, signup trends, and market signals, and recommend areas for focus.
  • Create and maintain sales enablement materials such as decks, one-pagers, battlecards, and messaging guides.
  • Drive enablement programs to ensure the organization has a unified understanding of target buyers and effective selling strategies.
  • Collaborate with the growth team on customer expansion and upsell campaigns.
  • Source and produce customer success stories, testimonials, and video content.
  • Partner with lifecycle and demand generation teams on activation campaigns, including email nurtures, onboarding flows, and personalized targeting based on signup behavior.
