About The Position

Product Marketing Managers (PMMs) are responsible for outbound marketing messaging and content. They collaborate with their Product Manager counterparts to ensure the product's overall success in the market. Our PMMs excel at creating messaging that sparks interest and drives engagement with our channel partners and their clients. This role is crucial for positioning and promoting Cloud Security and Zero Trust Security solutions, assisting organizations in securing users, identities, devices, applications, and data across hybrid and cloud-first environments. Our Product Marketing Managers provide essential marketing services and deliverables, including Market Research, Content Strategy, Writing, Program Management, and Product Ownership.

Requirements

  • 10 years of B2B product marketing experience
  • 5+ years of B2B product marketing for a cybersecurity company
  • Experience working for or marketing to IT Security professionals and Managed Service Providers
  • Willing to travel up to 25% of the time
  • Bachelor’s in business/marketing or equivalent experience
  • Able to explain technical concepts in written and verbal forms that make the value clear to technical and non-technical audiences
  • Understand channel selling and passionate about working closely with our partners and field teams.
  • A PowerPoint presentation and webinar guru.
  • A Powerful storyteller, written and verbal, resulting in compelling marketing content that engages target audiences
  • Able to independently manage objectives and deadlines from a home/remote office
  • Develop positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies for Cloud Security and Zero Trust Security solutions, including SaaS security, identity protection, access control, and threat detection capabilities.
  • Translate complex Cloud Security and Zero Trust concepts into compelling business value propositions for technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Create sales enablement and partner training materials focused on cloud-native security architectures, Zero Trust frameworks, identity-centric security, and modern cyber threat mitigation.
  • Conduct competitive analysis and market research on Cloud Security, SASE, Zero Trust, Identity Security, CASB, ITDR, and related cybersecurity markets to support strategic positioning.
  • Partner closely with Product Management, Sales Engineering, and Threat Research teams to align messaging with evolving cloud threats, compliance requirements, and customer security priorities.
  • Support product launches and campaigns related to cloud-delivered security services, Zero Trust initiatives, and identity-driven security solutions.
  • Collaborate with field marketing and channel teams to develop regional campaigns and content focused on Cloud Security adoption and Zero Trust transformation initiatives.
  • Represent the company in webinars, partner events, industry conferences, and analyst briefings related to Cloud Security and Zero Trust Security trends.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Wrike and Salesforce is a plus
  • Experience marketing Cloud Security, Zero Trust Security, Identity Security, SASE, CASB, ITDR, or related cybersecurity technologies preferred.
  • Demonstrated success supporting go-to-market initiatives for cloud-delivered or SaaS-based cybersecurity products.
  • Strong understanding of Cloud Security concepts, Zero Trust architecture, identity and access management, SaaS security, and modern cybersecurity frameworks.
  • Ability to position technical security capabilities in ways that resonate with enterprise buyers, MSPs, security practitioners, and executive stakeholders.
  • Experience developing messaging and content for cloud-native, hybrid, and identity-centric security solutions.
  • Familiarity with cybersecurity industry trends including SASE, CASB, ITDR, XDR, MDR, and Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA).
  • Experience with Cloud Security, Zero Trust Security, Identity Security, CASB, ITDR, ZTNA, or SASE product marketing.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
  • Cybersecurity certifications or training related to Cloud Security or Zero Trust frameworks are a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Devise messaging and content strategy in collaboration with Product Management that will drive sales success and product line growth.
  • Write and develop all forms of marketing content as prioritized by content maps – including web copy, eBooks, video scripts, infographics, buyer’s guides, display ads, landing page copy, interactive online tools, competitive battle cards, blog posts, product collateral, sales pitch decks, partner news articles, and more.
  • Develop product positioning and messaging that eloquently conveys our value proposition and differentiates our products in global markets.
  • Effectively communicate compelling product stories to the sales team, partners, and clients. Deliver necessary training, presentations, and demos to ensure they understand our value.
  • Plan and manage the launch of new products and releases while managing the cross-functional implementation of the launch plan.
  • Work with global teams by flexing from traditional 8 to 5 work hours to cross over time zones as needed.
