About The Position

This is the first dedicated Product Marketing Manager hire across both brands, Cerbo and OptiMantra. The company has a seasoned marketing and product leadership team with deep B2B SaaS experience, strong brand equity, and an active go-to-market (GTM) motion. This role requires someone who can amplify the product story across both platforms by sharpening messaging, supporting the sales team, accelerating feature adoption, and helping customers understand the value of the company's offerings for their practice's growth and efficiency. The ideal candidate thrives in structure, loves craft, and wants to do their best work within a high-performing team. This role will own positioning and messaging for two category-leading platforms, requiring deep partnership with product, sales, and customer success, with a direct line to the VP of Marketing and Chief Product Officer. The role involves working within an active GTM strategy, including launching AI-powered features, building CRM infrastructure, and tracking AI/LLM search visibility as pipeline signals. The team is building towards an AI-agentified marketing function, offering opportunities for innovation in AI-enabled PMM work at scale.

Requirements

  • 5-7 years of product marketing experience, ideally in healthcare SaaS
  • Understanding of how an EHR buying decision is made, what providers care about, and how practice operations work
  • Strong positioning and messaging instincts; ability to write clearly, think in customer language, and differentiate features from benefits
  • Hands-on experience with sales enablement: experience building materials that reps use and understanding their effectiveness
  • Familiarity with EHR or practice management platforms; willingness to become fluent quickly
  • AI-native in work approach: using AI tools to increase speed, improve output, derive insights, and scale work as a habit
  • Comfortable operating within a defined function, executing and improving existing strategies rather than building from scratch

Responsibilities

  • Positioning and messaging for Cerbo and OptiMantra, across verticals, buyer personas, and competitive context
  • Sales enablement: battlecards, one-pagers, demo narratives, objection handling, and feature release kits
  • Feature and product launch GTM: from release notes to full campaign briefs, working hand-in-hand with product and CS
  • Customer marketing enablement: supporting expansion motion, onboarding adoption, and case study development alongside the CS team
  • Content infrastructure that scales: working with the broader marketing team to build assets that serve demand gen, AEO/GEO, and brand
  • Competitive intelligence: owning an always-current view of how Cerbo and OptiMantra win, and how to talk about it
  • New feature and AI product launches as an ongoing priority: owning the GTM narrative for what is shipped
