About The Position

Vantaca is seeking a Product Marketing Manager to define how the company is perceived in the market. This role involves sharpening positioning, narrative, and competitive storytelling, and owning the narrative and positioning aspects of product launches. The Product Marketing Manager will translate product capabilities into compelling narratives, ensure launches maintain momentum post-launch, and act as a liaison between Product, Sales, Enablement, and Customer Success. This is a "build-and-run" role where the individual will have significant input into evolving existing programs and playbooks. The impact of this role will be directly visible in launch performance and pipeline generation.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of product marketing experience, including ownership of product launches end to end
  • B2B SaaS/software experience required
  • A track record of taking ownership rather than waiting to be told what to do
  • Genuinely AI-native: use AI tools daily to move faster and believe you'd struggle to work without them
  • Strong industry curiosity and a fast learning curve
  • Comfortable context-switching across multiple products and audiences without losing precision
  • A genuinely creative thinker and excellent writer
  • Sharp with data: comfortable pulling and interpreting own figures from a CRM or data warehouse
  • Low tolerance for vague claims or sloppy terminology

Nice To Haves

  • Proptech or vertical software experience a strong plus

  • Support thought-leadership and category-narrative content
  • Help keep message architecture current as the product and market evolve, flagging drift before it shows up in the field
  • Own the narrative and positioning side of the launch cadence, sharing execution responsibilities with the Product Operations Manager
  • Develop the external narrative and positioning for each launch, and the sales- and customer-facing assets that support it
  • Support customer-transition planning for post-launch cutovers alongside Product and Enablement
  • Run retrospectives that turn what worked (and what didn't) into better process for the next launch
  • Partner with Demand Gen on the AI search visibility program
  • Partner with Demand Gen on asset creation for product-based campaigns
  • Partner closely with Product on roadmap and launch readiness, Enablement on sales readiness, and Customer Success on retention and account health
