About The Position

Be part of a dynamic, results‑driven product marketing team focused on advancing the success of isolved's HCM solutions. In this role, you will develop compelling messaging, increase market visibility, and support product adoption across an expanding global landscape. You'll combine creativity with strategic insight while working closely with teams across product, sales, marketing, and partnerships.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or related experience
  • 4+ years in product marketing, partner marketing, product management, consulting, or pre‑sales in HCM Benefits.
  • Strong understanding of subscription-based B2B software
  • Experience with product marketing essentials: campaigns, competitive intel, positioning, pricing/packaging, sales enablement
  • Excellent writing, presentation, and communication skills
  • Detail‑oriented, organized, data‑driven, and able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment
  • Self‑motivated team player with strong analytical and creative abilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft 365.

Responsibilities

  • Craft clear and persuasive product positioning and messaging for both internal stakeholders and external audiences
  • Develop, maintain, and optimize sales enablement tools, solution collateral, and content-including whitepapers, videos, and interactive materials.
  • Contribute to go‑to‑market (GTM) plans and integrated campaigns aimed at driving demand and boosting adoption
  • Equip sales teams and partners with training, presentation resources, and competitive insights to strengthen positioning
  • Partner closely with product management and marketplace collaborators as a key contributor
  • Act as an ambassador for product strategy across internal teams and external channels-whether presenting live, virtually, or through other platforms
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on ideal customer profiles (ICPs), buyer personas, content strategy, and GTM execution
