About The Position

Are you a tech-savvy storyteller who can translate complex cloud solutions into compelling customer value? At AWS, we're seeking a Product Marketing Manager who can shape the future of cloud and AI. As the world's leading cloud and AI provider with 200+ services, AWS needs strategic thinkers who can connect the dots across our vast portfolio. In this role, you'll work backwards from customer needs to influence product strategy and drive product positioning for our AI products, including Amazon Nova 2 models, Amazon Nova Forge, and Amazon Nova Act. We're looking for a unique blend of technologist and marketeer - someone who can dive deep into technical architecture while crafting product value propositions that resonate with customers. You'll develop a deep understanding of the market landscape, partner with product teams to identify our ideal customers, understand customer priorities and use cases, and define positioning and messaging for these products. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
  • Experience writing high-quality technical content for technical audiences (e.g., engineers, developers, scientists)
  • Working knowledge of software development and Large Language Model (LLM) fundamentals, including common tools, frameworks, and patterns used to build AI-powered applications (e.g., orchestration frameworks, multi-shot prompting, retrieval-augmented generation).

Nice To Haves

  • Experience bringing technology products to market in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience working with Data & AI related technologies, including, but not limited to, AI/ML, GenAI, Analytics, Database, and/or Storage
  • MBA, or Master's degree in management, business administration, economics, engineering, marketing

Responsibilities

  • Partner with product management teams to develop the target customer profile, use cases, and differentiators for our AI products
  • Drive awareness of internal and external customer outcomes enabled by Amazon AI products
  • Align with technical and business leaders on primary cloud and AI use cases for target customers
  • Lead product launch plan and execution, including naming, target audience definition, and marketing vehicles
  • Develop technical content including presentations, demonstrations, and reference architectures that educate customers on emerging AI topics and products
  • Represent AWS as a technical evangelist in executive briefings, industry events, and analyst interactions
  • Drive field enablement strategies to support product launches, campaigns, and customer success
