The Product Manager will play a hands-on role in bringing impactful HCP marketing programs to life. This includes contributing to brand strategy, executing tactical plans, and collaborating with cross-functional partners. The role involves managing marketing tactics end-to-end, developing agency and internal relationships, and translating insights into meaningful programs for healthcare professionals. UT is hiring two distinct product marketing managers (HCP) for new products/indications: one for the Ralinepag marketing team and another for the Tyvaso IPF marketing team. The Product Manager communicates strategies and executes tactics to achieve brand goals with minimal oversight. They will work independently to manage marketing tactics for assigned products, leading efforts from conception through dissemination. Collaboration with agency and internal partners is key, as is assisting in the development of annual marketing plans, including brand strategy, positioning, messaging, and tactics. The role involves developing and executing omni-channel HCP campaigns, managing selected HCP-facing tactics (visual aids, leave behinds, product website, email programs, media), and partnering with the center of excellence for deployment and reporting. The Product Manager will also assist in determining and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), managing individual project budgets and timelines, and recommending budget adjustments. Market research initiatives to gather insights and assisting in managing promotional review board (PRB) discussions are also part of the role. Field sales communication and ride-alongs are expected to understand the audience and resource utilization. A strong command of the disease state, product portfolio, competitors, and payer landscape is necessary, along with effective communication with all stakeholders to ensure alignment.
