Product Marketing Lead

Possible FinanceSeattle, WA
$188,000 - $210,000Hybrid

About The Position

At Possible, Product Marketing is a key function that operates at the intersection of product, growth, and brand. The team is responsible for a range of critical activities including Competitive Intelligence, Customer & Market Insights, Positioning & Messaging, Go-to-Market strategy for new product launches, building trust and educating the market, and developing narratives for customer lifecycle and retention. The Product Marketing Lead will quarterback these functions, driving the research, scoping, and launch of new products. This role is also crucial for post-launch product adoption and iteration, involving customer validation, ongoing competitive intelligence, and campaigns to boost demand, adoption, retention, satisfaction, and revenue. Reporting to the Director of Product Marketing, this individual will also collaborate with the CMO, CPO, and CEO on product strategy and positioning. This is a high-execution, high-impact individual contributor role designed for someone who thrives on ownership and autonomy, especially as Possible expands into a multi-product platform. The Product Marketing Lead will have a significant influence on product strategy, feature packaging into membership tiers, and the overall positioning of Possible. The ideal candidate is adept at clear and efficient communication with C-level executives, skilled in cross-departmental collaboration, and able to adapt quickly to shifting priorities and new information. A high degree of initiative and a low-ego approach are essential, alongside generous collaboration, humility, and a good sense of humor.
