Kimedics is building workforce solutions for healthcare staffing to help operations teams and clinicians spend less time on administrative tasks and more time on patient care. With the growing clinician shortage, medical groups have to rely on collaboration with their clinician networks and staffing partner organizations to fill their schedule efficiently - and without the right tool this can get incredibly complicated and expensive fast. We help them organize and optimize their practice staffing and scheduling operations! We have built a full-stack end-to-end solution consisting of roster management, credentialing and document task templates, scheduling apps, pay calculation automation and analytics dashboards that empower healthcare organizations to optimize their schedule and rosters for the best fit and cost optimized schedule. We are a Jackson Healthcare company and we are now the second largest healthcare staffing company in the U.S., serving more than 7 million patients in over 1,400 healthcare facilities. The Product Marketing Lead serves as an AI-driven growth leader responsible for developing Kimedics' demand generation engine through advanced content creation, campaign management, and market analysis powered by AI technologies. This role streamlines diverse product marketing responsibilities by utilizing sophisticated resources to produce a high volume of high-quality marketing at scale. Additionally, this role collaborates closely with the President for developing and implementing cutting-edge AI-driven marketing strategies that enhance brand visibility, generate qualified leads, and support overall business objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience will be considered
  • 5-8 years of B2B SaaS marketing experience with at least 2 years in healthcare technology
  • Demonstrated mastery of AI marketing tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Midjourney, etc.) with portfolio showing high-volume AI-generated output required
  • Demonstrated success leveraging AI-driven enhancements that increase output and operational effectiveness
  • Proven success accelerating content production beyond traditional methods through effective use of AI tools
  • Experience building demand generation programs in the $2M-$10M revenue range
  • Strong healthcare industry knowledge to quality-control AI output for accuracy and compliance sensitivity
  • HubSpot experience required
  • Ability to adhere to and exhibit the Company Values at all times
  • Advanced practitioner of AI tools, including prompt engineering, multi-tool workflows, and rigorous quality control
  • Deep fluency with Claude, ChatGPT, Midjourney/DALL·E, Canva, and emerging AI platforms
  • Proven ability to sustain high volume content production across blogs, social media, and case studies
  • Healthcare B2B savvy - able to catch and correct clinical/compliance AI errors
  • Exceptional writing/editorial skills that elevate AI generated content
  • Strong grasp of B2B SaaS fundamentals: positioning, funnels, buyer psychology, pipeline impact
  • Proficient in HubSpot, Google Analytics, and core SEO

Responsibilities

  • Content Production – 35%
  • Produces high volume, AI generated content, including longform, shortform, and multichannel assets
  • Applies advanced prompt engineering to consistently generate on brand content
  • Builds reusable content systems, including briefs, prompt libraries, and workflow templates
  • Partners with Product to deliver timely release announcements, blog updates, and feature launch campaigns
  • Rapidly generates A/B test variations (headlines, CTAs, value props) using AI for fast iteration
  • Creates AI powered visual assets such as social graphics, ad creative, presentations, and infographics
  • Publishes ongoing thought leadership, including weekly LinkedIn posts and daily social content
  • Transforms interviews into polished customer stories, testimonials, and narrative case studies
  • Develops sales enablement materials - pitch decks, battle cards, one pagers, ROI tools, and objection handlers
  • Demand Generation & Campaign Execution – 30%
  • Designs and executes inbound and outbound campaigns to drive marketing-qualified lead (MQL) generation
  • Builds AI personalized ABM programs for Tier 1 accounts
  • Creates and optimizes nurture sequences, LinkedIn outreach, and multitouch HubSpot campaigns
  • Partners with marketing ops on paid media, delivering high-velocity creative and copy variations
  • Develops buyer optimized landing pages and conversion paths
  • Uses AI to rapidly launch, analyze, and iterate campaigns within days
  • Scales personalized outreach leveraging AI and sales intelligence tools
  • Monitors performance and use AI insights for optimization and recommendations
  • Owns lead qualification and the marketing-to-sales handoff process
  • Tracks pipeline contribution and maintain dashboards of key metrics
  • Market Intelligence & Strategic Analysis – 20%
  • Conducts AI powered competitive intelligence on VMS and scheduling platforms to track emerging competitors
  • Synthesizes market research, G2 reviews, job postings, and industry content to uncover positioning opportunities
  • Builds detailed buyer personas using AI analysis of interviews, win/loss data, and broader market inputs
  • Identifies content gaps and SEO opportunities through AI enhanced keyword and competitor analysis
  • Analyzes CRM data to surface strategic insights—what’s working, what’s not, and where to double down
  • Monitors healthcare staffing market trends, including regulatory shifts, M&A, and technology developments
  • Translates complex market insights into clear marketing strategies, messaging updates, and tactical recommendations
  • Tracks social and industry conversations to identify emerging topics and customer pain points
  • Trade Shows and Events - 10%
  • Plans and executes the full trade show strategy
  • Creates all event assets using AI—booth graphics, leave behinds, presentations, and demo scripts
  • Designs pre‑show campaigns (email, LinkedIn ads, direct mail) to drive booth traffic
  • Builds post show follow-up workflows and track event ROI
  • Coordinates customer roundtables or operator focused webinars as needed
  • Market Operations & Optimization – 5%
  • Partners with fractional marketing ops to optimize HubSpot strategy, lead scoring, and attribution
  • Identifies, evaluates, and implements AI tools that enhance productivity and capabilities
  • Creates documentation and prompt libraries to standardize and streamline workflows
  • Manages the marketing budget and oversee vendor relationships
  • Audits and optimize website content using AI for SEO, performance, and conversion gains
  • Continuously tests emerging AI tools and retire those no longer effective
  • May work on special projects or other duties as assigned
