As a Lead Product Marketing – AT&T Prepaid, your tasks may include, but are not limited to, the following: As an experienced professional, recognized as an expert, creatively resolving complex issues with broad and in-depth knowledge. Leads significant projects with strategic autonomy, influencing executive decisions. Mentors less experienced staff, implements long-term plans impacting the organization, and frequently collaborates with senior leadership.

Requirements

  • Strong project management skills with experience managing complex, multi‑stakeholder initiatives.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical and operational deliverables.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem‑solving abilities.
  • Experience working in cross‑functional environments.
  • 5+ years project management experience

Nice To Haves

  • Technical and/or network experience (e.g., network features, provisioning, SIM/eSIM, device operations, system integrations).
  • Knowledge of AT&T products, prepaid offerings, and internal systems (e.g., OPUS, activation tools, network, rate plan systems, reporting tools).
  • Familiarity with AT&T project management and governance frameworks
  • Understanding of prepaid customer lifecycle, device activation operations, or cross‑carrier technology (as reflected in PD&O responsibilities and operational domains).
  • Experience collaborating with product, marketing, network, IT, operations, or vendor management organizations within AT&T.

Responsibilities

  • Support the end‑to‑end product development lifecycle for AT&T Prepaid initiatives, including requirements gathering, project documentation, governance readiness, launch coordination, and post‑launch performance tracking.
  • Manage and drive project plans, ensuring milestones, risks, dependencies, and deliverables are tracked, escalated, and delivered on time.
  • Coordinate across internal partners—including Network, IT, Customer Experience, Operations, and Vendor teams—to ensure readiness for new product and feature launches.
  • Assist with operational processes such as activation flows, SIM/eSIM operations, rate plan builds, system updates, and troubleshooting cross‑functional issues.
  • Support test planning and execution for new capabilities across AT&T systems and prepaid platforms.
  • Contribute to business case inputs, operational assessments, and data analysis to support decision‑making.
  • Maintain documentation, process guides, project artifacts, and status updates for internal consumption.
  • Help ensure compliance with AT&T product development governance, operational policies, and cross‑functional intake processes.
