About The Position

Our client is a Philippine headquartered company, a registered and accredited customs brokerage with the BOC - Accounts Management Office operating in all collection districts of the Bureau of Customs. As the company continues to grow and expand its presence, they are now looking for a Senior Operations Manager to join their team. This is the perfect opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes ownership of their work, and aligns closely with company goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Customs Administration, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in customs brokerage, logistics, freight forwarding, FMCG, or supply chain management
• Strong leadership and organizational skills with experience managing multidepartment teams
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and Google Applications.
• Analytical and problem-solving mindset.
• Age requirement: 30 - 40 years old.

Nice To Haves

• Fluency in Hokkien or Mandarin is a strong advantage
• Preferred graduates of La Salle, Ateneo, UP, PUP, PLM or international schools
• MBA preferred
• Any credentials or certifications
• Knowledge of ISO standards, Lean Six Sigma, and quality management systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead operations for customs brokerage, logistics, warehousing, and freight forwarding to ensure timely, accurate service delivery
• Manage and supervise all departments including operations, sales, finance, compliance, and customer service
• Design and implement processes and KPIs to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction
• Implement and monitor ISO standards and quality management initiatives; drive continuous improvement using Lean Six Sigma principles.
• Oversee budgeting and resource allocation for operational needs
• Coach and develop the operations team and promote a culture of accountability and teamwork
• Engage with clients and industry partners; represent the company at industry events and client meetings
• Prepare regular performance reports and provide strategic recommendations to senior management
