About The Position

Salesforce is seeking a Product Marketing Lead for their Release Marketing & Operations team. This pivotal role sits at the intersection of AI innovation and program management, responsible for designing and scaling systems, tools, and processes that support Salesforce's product release cycle. The role involves owning the AI agent infrastructure to enhance team efficiency and serving as the Program Manager for the entire Release Marketing program, ensuring timely and aligned execution of initiatives.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in program or project management in a fast-paced marketing or product environment.
  • Track record of delivering complex, cross-functional initiatives on time.
  • Hands-on experience building, deploying, or managing AI agents and automation tools, ideally in a marketing or content workflow context.
  • Strong understanding of AI-generated content governance and quality assurance processes.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with experience owning shared planning documents, trackers, or SSOTs across large stakeholder groups.
  • Ability to build strong cross-functional relationships and serve as a credible, trusted liaison across PMM, IMM, Legal, and other teams.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a high attention to detail.
  • A collaborative spirit and comfort operating in ambiguity, with the ability to manage competing priorities across multiple workstreams.

  • Familiarity with Salesforce's product portfolio and release cadence is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

  • Build and manage AI agents for Release Marketing to empower team members, develop new capabilities, and increase efficiency and scale.
  • Own the editing, governance, and QA of AI-generated outputs to ensure high quality, brand alignment, and adherence to AI best practices.
  • Serve as Program Manager for the end-to-end Release Marketing program, overseeing all initiatives for on-time, on-scope delivery aligned with organizational priorities.
  • Own and maintain the Release Planning Single Source of Truth (SSOT) for managing feature submissions, naming approvals, and GA dates.
  • Onboard new Cloud and Industry participants into the release cycle, ensuring a seamless ramp and strong collaboration.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between the Release Marketing team and PMM/IMM leads across various clouds, driving alignment, visibility, and trust.
  • Support the execution of initiatives that advance the demo strategy during high-volume periods (~12 weeks per year) across Release Readiness, social, and events programs.
