We’re hiring a Product Marketing Lead to own and evolve how we bring our product to market and how customers experience it across our revenue-driving surfaces. This role sits at the intersection of product, growth, and brand—combining product thinking, conversion optimization, and go-to-market strategy to build a cohesive, high-performing customer experience. As our Product Marketing Lead, Ecommerce & Growth, reporting to the Director of Product Management, you will own how our products are brought to market—defining messaging, shaping positioning, and driving go-to-market execution across our Ecommerce + Omnichannel marketing experiences. Operating at the intersection of Product, Design, Growth, and Merchandising, you’ll build and own our product marketing function from the ground up—translating new hardware/software products and new features into compelling customer-facing narratives and ensuring every launch, campaign, and onsite experience is clear, cohesive, and conversion-driven. You’ll play a critical role in scaling our growth by combining structured research, strong product intuition, and hands-on execution to improve how we communicate value across the full customer journey. Brick is based in Chicago, and we’re prioritizing candidates who are local or open to relocating. This role requires regular in-person collaboration with the team in Chicago. As a key cross-functional partner, this individual will help shape how we build, ship, and scale our Ecommerce experience.
