Responsibilities

  • Define and lead the execution of a comprehensive, GTM strategy for the HTV product portfolio. Ensure alignment of all product marketing activities—forecasting, promotion, sales enablement, and inventory balancing—with Samsung's strategic business direction and goals. Analyze data from forecast roll-ups and actual sales to drive agile business decisions such as pricing modifications and promotional investment adjustments.

Prioritize and coordinate marketing investments across HTV product categories to ensure optimized use of marketing funds. Balance margin contribution across categories to ensure overall profitability, and develop corrective action plans to address shortfalls in sales, inventory, and market share.
  • Represent Samsung as the face of the HTV category to key customers—including hotel chains, hospitality management companies, System Integrators, and distribution resellers. Build and maintain strong, collaborative business relationships to drive brand loyalty and revenue growth. Support sales negotiations on assortment, flooring, product placement, and advertising. Lead customer engagement events and facilitate customer site visits to Samsung Korea to secure product commitment.
  • Establish and nurture relationships of trust and mutual respect with Samsung Korea HQ product planning and R&D teams. Share deep local market insights, competitive intelligence, and hospitality customer/consumer behaviors and preferences to influence current and future HTV product designs and roadmaps. Ensure local sales and marketing stakeholders understand HQ decisions, and that HQ requests are supported with detail and rationale required for effective decision-making.
