Organization & Team Overview Xfinity Communities is part of Comcast’s Connectivity & Platforms organization and focuses on delivering best-in-class broadband, video, and smart technology solutions to multifamily properties, senior living communities, student housing, and hospitality partners across the country. The team works closely with property owners and managers to design, deploy, and support scalable connectivity solutions that enhance the living experience for residents while enabling partners to operate more efficiently. By combining advanced network infrastructure, innovative products, and a customer-first mindset, Xfinity Communities supports Comcast’s broader goal of connecting people to what matters most. Role Description Are you intellectually curious and excited about how technology can unlock new possibilities for how people live and connect? As a Co-op on the Xfinity Communities team, you will support data-driven decision making by analyzing market trends, product performance, and customer insights to help shape product strategy and roadmap priorities. In this role, you’ll work closely with product managers, strategists, and cross-functional partners to translate complex data into clear insights and recommendations, gaining hands-on experience influencing real-world technology solutions at scale. What are some interesting problems the student will work on? In this role, you will help bridge data, technology, and business strategy to support product decision making. Analyze market trends, customer insights, and product performance to identify opportunities and risks. Partner with product managers and cross-functional teams to translate complex data into clear insights, recommendations, and materials that influence roadmap priorities and investment decisions. Where can this student make an impact? You’ll make an impact by helping the Xfinity Communities team make smarter, faster product decisions that directly affect residents, property partners, and the scalability of our connectivity solutions. Working alongside experienced product managers, strategists, and cross-functional partners, your analysis and insights will inform roadmap priorities, feature investments, and go-to-market strategies for broadband and technology offerings deployed at scale across multifamily and hospitality environments.
