Product Marketing Associate - Business Banking
About The Position
As an Associate of Product Marketing, you will be supporting the development and execution of marketing strategies for Business Banking Campaigns. This position requires a detailed-oriented, analytical thinker with a passion for marketing, product positioning, and driving customer engagement. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful launch, promotion, and growth of our products in the market. She/he operates under the direction of the Assistant Vice President of Product Marketing and focuses on all touchpoints with members and prospects.
Requirements
- Associate’s Degree required preferably in Marketing/Advertising/Media or equivalent experience.
- 1-4 years relevant experience in marketing/finance is required.
Responsibilities
- Assist in developing and executing comprehensive product marketing strategies to drive awareness, adoption, and revenue growth for a smaller portfolio of products.
- Support market research, competitor analysis, and customer surveys to gather insights and inform product positioning.
- Support the development of product messaging, value propositions, and go-to-market plans for new and existing products.
- Assist in the creation of marketing collateral such as product brochures, presentations, case studies, and sales enablement materials.
- Coordinate with creative teams, agencies, and vendors to develop compelling marketing assets including digital assets, videos, infographics, and website content.
- Work closely with the Digital Marketing team to optimize online channels for product promotion, including email campaigns, social media, and website content.
- Monitor and analyze digital marketing performance metrics, providing insights for campaign optimization and improvement.
- Support the sales team with the development of product training materials, sales scripts, and product demonstration materials.
- Assist in organizing and participating in product training sessions for sales teams and external partners
