About The Position

Antioch is the simulation platform for physical AI. We allow teams to design, test, and train their physical systems in high-fidelity cloud simulation, accelerated by 3D-native agents. With Antioch, teams create precision-calibrated digital twins, generate testing environments, and run massively parallel simulation scenarios. By moving development out of the field and into software, Antioch drastically reduces dependence on expensive, slow, and incomplete real-world testing. We work with leading robotics, autonomy, and perception teams to make the deployment of physical autonomous systems safer, faster, and more cost-effective. We're hiring a Product Marketer to own how Antioch is communicated: what we do, who we do it for, and why it wins. This is an early, high-ownership builder role: you'll take a deep, multi-vertical technical platform and turn it into a coherent narrative, expressed through targeted stories that each customer segment recognizes as their own. You'll manage positioning, campaigns, content, and sales enablement, in tight loops with the founders and engineers building the product. If you like the 0 → 1 grind and want your work to directly determine whether autonomous systems succeed in the real world, you'll fit right in.

Requirements

  • Experience in product marketing, brand, or content roles for deeply technical products (developer tools, infrastructure, robotics, simulation, or similar), ideally at an early-stage company.
  • Exceptional writing: you produce crisp, technically credible copy across formats, from a headline to a case study to a forty-slide deck.
  • Ability to digest technical subject matter (simulation, robotics, perception, ML) and communicate it accurately to both engineering and executive audiences.
  • Experience building sales enablement that founders and sellers actually use: decks, one-pagers, demo scripts.
  • Experience planning and running campaigns end to end: launches, media, conferences, and the follow-through to measure what worked.
  • Strong visual instincts, with comfort directing design or doing scrappy design work yourself.
  • Fluent use of AI tools as a force multiplier on top of strong marketing fundamentals, not as a substitute for them.
  • A track record of shipping finished, production-ready work, not just plans and drafts.

Nice To Haves

  • Background in robotics, autonomy, or industrial tech
  • Experience marketing to developers or engineers
  • Hands-on design or web skills (Figma, Adobe, light front-end work)
  • Experience building company and founder presence on social channels

Responsibilities

  • Own Antioch's positioning and messaging: define and standardize the narrative for each customer vertical and use case, so every pitch, page, and deck tells one coherent story.
  • Build the sales enablement library: pitch decks, one-pagers, case studies, competitive comparisons, and demo narratives that move enterprise deals forward.
  • Translate deeply technical capabilities (physics simulation, sensor modeling, cloud infrastructure, agentic workflows) into customer outcome stories, while keeping a strongly technical voice.
  • Work the feedback loop: pressure-test messaging in the field with sales conversations and campaigns, and feed what you learn back into positioning.
  • Own Antioch's brand surface: the website, social media, and voice that carries the company into the market.
  • Plan and execute concerted media campaigns: product launches, announcements, events, and the content that builds Antioch's credibility with technical buyers.

Benefits

  • High ownership
  • Fast iteration and direct customer feedback
  • Work with a founding team who have previously built and sold companies, and worked at leading companies like Tesla Autopilot, Meta Reality Labs, and more.
  • Early team members help define culture, product direction, and how we win.
