About The Position

Caldera Medical's Neuromodulation Business Unit is seeking a Product Manager to own the Gynesis platform's product definition end-to-end. This role is crucial as the business unit shifts to a product-development-first sequence. The Product Manager will translate clinical needs, therapy claims, reimbursement strategy, and market requirements into a prioritized roadmap and requirements for the engineering team. This position will guide the product through design freeze, FDA 510(k) submission, and into the V2 roadmap. The role is responsible for requirements, trade-offs, and the roadmap to ensure alignment across engineering, regulatory, and go-to-market teams, serving as the single owner of the product's 'what' and 'why'.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of product management experience in medical devices or regulated consumer-health/wearables.
  • Experience owning requirements/roadmap through a regulatory submission (510(k) experience desirable).
  • Comfort translating clinical claims and reimbursement considerations into product decisions.
  • Strong cross-functional leadership with engineering, regulatory, and commercial teams.
  • BS in a technical field or equivalent experience.

  • Own product trade-off decisions in partnership with engineering and regulatory.
  • Serve as the voice of the customer — patient, physician, and payer — translating their needs into product requirements.
  • Maintain the product backlog and priorities, and keep engineering, regulatory, and commercial aligned to a single product definition.
  • Partner with regulatory affairs to keep requirements aligned to the FDA 510(k) predicate and cleared claims.
  • Support pricing and value-proposition decisions with market and competitive analysis.
  • Provide product-positioning inputs to the go-to-market team and define future development scope, including international markets and new indications.
