About The Position

We’ve built a platform that connects elite recruiters directly with high-growth companies, powering hiring for industry leaders like Shopify, Palantir, Coinbase, Ramp, and more. In just months, we’ve scaled from $5M to $50M ARR and grown our team 5x—because the market is demanding a better way to hire. Now, we’re looking for a tenured Product Manager to help us build what comes next. This isn’t a “manage tickets and meetings” PM role. This is a build-the-engine-that-runs-the-industry role. You’ll work side-by-side with our Co-Founder & CTO Jeff and Founding PM Zach to design and launch products that will impact millions of candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers globally. You won’t just ship features—you’ll shape how talent markets operate. We are building AI-powered tools that transform how recruiters source, evaluate, and place talent, marketplace systems that match top candidates with high-growth companies at scale, and internal platforms that power a fast-moving, high-volume recruiting engine. Think: data meets AI meets human decision-making—at scale.

Requirements

• Tenured Product Manager
• Experience building AI-first products
• Ability to work directly with founders and top-tier operators
• Experience owning products that generate real revenue and real impact

Responsibilities

• Turn ambiguity into clear, measurable product opportunities
• Define and execute product roadmaps across critical initiatives
• Lead sprint planning, backlog management, and cross-functional alignment
• Launch and scale products in close partnership with Engineering, Design, and Operations
• Run rapid experiments, validate ideas with customers, and iterate fast
• Use data to uncover insights, guide decisions, and shape product strategy
• Act as the connective tissue across teams—translating feedback into high-impact solutions
