Your Contribution: Product Strategy: Drive the vision, strategy, and execution of CGM’s software products: CGM MEDISOFT and CGM LYTEC. Develop and communicate a clear product vision and roadmap that aligns with the company’s overall strategy and objectives. Market Research: Conduct market analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape. Gather feedback from customers and stakeholders to inform product decisions. Requirement Definition: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document product requirements. Create user stories and acceptance criteria to guide the development process. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design, and QA teams to ensure successful product development and delivery. Act as a liaison between technical and non-technical teams. Project Management: Manage the product development lifecycle from ideation to launch. Track progress, prioritize tasks, and ensure timely delivery of features. Training: Develop and conduct training sessions for sales and support teams to ensure they understand product features and can effectively communicate value to customers. Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in product management or related roles in healthcare technology.
Strong understanding of software development processes and methodologies (Agile, Scrum).
Proven ability to gather and analyze data to inform product decisions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
Familiarity with project management tools (e.g. JIRA, Sharepoint)

Nice To Haves

Specialized knowledge of healthcare technology and practice management workflows (preferred).
