About The Position

Creative Artists Agency (CAA) is seeking a Product Manager to join its Product Management team and contribute to CAA’s IT organization. As CAA continues to expand its footprint in the sport and entertainment industry and grow globally, there is an increasing need to implement applications supporting its diverse customers, including clients, agents, executives, assistants, and business partners. The Product Management team is focused on implementing technology products to drive productivity and effectiveness for its customers, with an obsession for delivering intuitive products that embody CAA’s culture. The ideal candidate is curious, creative, driven, highly adaptable, enjoys solving problems, and collaborates effectively across diverse stakeholder groups. This role offers an opportunity to grow expertise across the full product lifecycle, from contributing to product vision and roadmap planning to supporting ongoing product delivery and customer feedback loops.

Requirements

4+ years of experience in product management managing products at all stages of the digital product life cycle (early-stage products, mature digital products, and late-stage products) and accountable for the voice of the product(s) owned and the customers supported.
2+ years’ experience working with products using Scaled Agile practices (e.g. SAFe) and operating in Scrum-based Agile teams.
Strong experience in Jira, Confluence, and Github.
Proficient with Chrome developer tools or similar in other browsers to test product features and troubleshoot bugs.
Curious and eager to learn, especially about new business domains and workflows, and eager to expand areas of expertise.
Experience handling sensitive company information and protecting systems and data through security awareness.

Nice To Haves

Experience in the music industry is preferred.

Responsibilities

Quickly develop a deep understanding of products to be led, including the business domains and workflows they support.
Manage products from vision to launch (and ongoing support), delivering features iteratively to achieve expected business outcomes.
Collaborate and coordinate with other product managers to ensure alignment across products and product lines.
Participate actively in the cross-functional SAFe Agile Release Train (ART), taking on roles of Feature Owner and agile team Product Owner.
Collaborate closely with senior product managers and domain leads within the Scaled Agile ART, contributing to planning intervals and supporting alignment across product teams.
Actively engage in relevant ART ceremonies, including PO Sync and PI Planning.
Support knowledge sharing and peer collaboration within the product team.
Contribute to broader business and IT initiatives that support CAA's continued growth.
Create product roadmaps and work closely with business leaders and engineering teams to deliver new products and feature enhancements.
Orchestrate the work of engineers throughout the development cycle to deliver high-quality products.
Work with the UX/UI Design team to design simple and intuitive product experiences.
Work closely with corporate stakeholders to ensure compliance, data privacy, financial, and HR requirements are represented during product development.
Have a deep understanding and empathy for customer needs, using user research and creative feedback mechanisms to validate product hypotheses and optimal product solutions.
Work with the Service Delivery team to elicit their input on new product features.
Be data-driven and use data to decide on the best opportunities that deliver the most business impact.
