About The Position

Built on meritocracy, our unique company culture rewards self-starters and those who are committed to doing what is best for our customers. Brown & Brown is seeking a Product Manager to join their growing team in Dallas, TX, Atlanta, GA, or Remote. The Product Manager is a leadership position within an agile organization, responsible for roadmap development that feeds product team(s). Acting as the voice of the customer and stakeholders, the Product manager bridges the gap between business objectives and technical execution, ensuring that the final product aligns with organizational goals and user needs. The Product manager builds business cases, defines go-to-market plans, and determines KPIs owning accountability for the success of their product(s). Founded in 1939 as a small, two-partner firm, Brown & Brown (NYSE: BRO) and their team of companies have grown into one of the world’s largest insurance brokerages while staying true to their foundation of trust, resilience, and delivering results. With a team that is as connected locally as it is globally, their high-performing, highly collaborative team delivers innovative risk and insurance solutions. They look for individuals who embrace their culture, thrive in a collaborative environment, are driven to grow and succeed, and are committed to always doing what is right. With a unique culture built on integrity, superior capabilities and grit, they value teamwork, trust and courage. They think of themselves as a team, so they have teammates—not employees, and leaders—not managers. Everything they do is about the greater “WE”—never “me.” While diverse in abilities and experience, they are all connected through their core values, a commitment to their local communities and a shared mission—always doing what is best for their customers.
