This position is based in Markham, Ontario, Canada. Purpose The Product Manager (PM) will localize global strategy to drive product adoption and demand by defining product positioning and customer segmentation/targeting strategies for their defined portfolio. The PM will interact with key stakeholders to develop relevant market insights, forecast demand, and ensure consistent product supply. The individual will also develop relationships with Canadian Key Opinion Leaders (KOL) and leading institutions to advance the market adoption of key portfolios. Partnering with members of the Johnson & Johnson Vision, Surgical Sales, Marketing, and Commercial Excellence teams, the Product Manager enables positive business outcomes for specific JJVS portfolios. The Product Manager is responsible for creating and implementing marketing strategies and adhering to global strategies. The Product Manager needs to influence, align, and mobilize cross-functional teams (Sales, Medical Affairs, Commercial Excellence, Supply Chain, Finance, and Global Marketing) to deliver against shared business objectives in a complex, matrixed environment. The Product Manager demonstrates strong cross-functional leadership without direct authority, driving alignment across diverse stakeholders and competing priorities to achieve business outcomes.
