About The Position

As a Product Manager, you will directly support CashNetUSA and collaborate with different departments and external partners to shape the future of our consumer lending business. You'll also work closely with stakeholders to help define features and tradeoffs in order to create a competitive advantage for Enova. As you develop business cases and implement solutions, you will make a direct impact on our business and hardworking customers.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of product management experience
  • Technical skills including knowledge of relational databases and using SQL to work with large data sets
  • Experience collaborating with agile teams and managing project milestones.
  • Strong communication skills for engaging with diverse stakeholders, both technical and non-technical.
  • Experience driving multiple projects through a full lifecycle.
  • Demonstrated commitment to customer-centric solutions.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in fintech, financial services, or other regulated, data-driven industries, with an understanding of balancing customer experience, risk, and compliance considerations in product development

Responsibilities

  • Drive product roadmaps through the collection of internal and external customer feedback
  • Coordinate with various departments to define requirements and prioritize the backlog.
  • Construct business cases and collaborate with stakeholders to secure buy-in.
  • Work with Engineering to estimate size, elaborate on scope and requirements, clarify detailed design, and obtain sign-off on developed features before launch.
  • Effectively advocate for your product area and communicate its value throughout the organization.
  • Communicate key milestones, project updates, scope changes, and critical metrics to stakeholders and external partners on an ongoing basis.
  • Use database queries to troubleshoot data quality and analyze performance indicators, evaluate experiments, etc.
  • Define success criteria for testing and product acceptance.
