Product Manager
About The Position
We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to participate in a short-term simulation project designed to recreate a realistic product development workflow. You will act as the primary driver of a cross-functional team, leading discussions, defining product requirements, and guiding decision-making across a 6-day simulated project. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, data scientists, and client teams, to solve complex problems, reduce human effort, and ensure that AI-driven processes meet high standards for quality and reliability. Your work will directly contribute to improving our client's data annotation and evaluation processes, enabling them to scale more efficiently.
Requirements
- 3+ years of product management experience
- Experience working cross-functionally with engineering and design
- Comfortable leading meetings and making tradeoff decisions
- Strong written communication skills (docs, emails, summaries)
- Bachelor’s degree in fields like Business, Marketing, Computer Science or a related field.
Responsibilities
- Lead project kickoff and ongoing team discussions
- Create and iterate on product documentation (e.g., PRDs)
- Drive feature prioritization and decision-making
- Communicate with engineering, design, and stakeholders
- Facilitate meetings and align the team on goals and timelines
