About The Position

At CoreIntels, we are on a mission to build innovative solutions that solve real-world problems through technology. We’re looking for a passionate and strategic Product Manager who can own and drive the product vision, roadmap, and execution from concept to launch. As a Product Manager, you will work cross-functionally with engineering, design, marketing, and leadership teams to define product goals, deliver value to customers, and ensure alignment with business objectives. You will be the voice of the user, owning features from ideation to execution while balancing technical feasibility, business needs, and user experience.

Requirements

Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
4+ years of experience as a Product Manager or in a related product-focused role
Strong understanding of agile methodologies and product lifecycle management
Ability to translate complex problems into simple and intuitive solutions
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills
Data-driven mindset with experience using tools like Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or SQL

Nice To Haves

Experience in a startup or fast-paced tech environment
Exposure to AI/ML, SaaS platforms, or B2B/B2C products
Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Figma, and Productboard

Responsibilities

Define and own the product roadmap and strategy
Translate business and user needs into detailed product requirements and user stories
Collaborate with engineering and design teams to prioritize and build features
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform product decisions
Drive product launches, working closely with marketing, sales, and support
Analyze data and feedback to measure product performance and iterate accordingly
Communicate product updates and progress with stakeholders
