Requirements

• 4+ years of product management experience on complex products.
• Experience with two-sided marketplaces.
• Comfort operating across consumer and B2B (provider-facing) use cases.
• Experience building or evolving trust-heavy products.
• Strong instincts around search, recommendations, personalization, or AI-powered experiences.
• Comfort operating as a lead or solo PM in ambiguous environments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication — especially when pushing back with data.
• Track record of shipping and learning fast, with a strong experimentation mindset.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the roadmap for provider growth, in partnership with the VP of Product, Head of Sales, Data Analytics Lead, and Head of Engineering.
• Translate strategy into clear product requirements, specs, and execution plans.
• Own roadmap prioritization across provider and provider-facing consumer initiatives.
• Partner with our UX agency to ensure designs meet real user needs and business goals.
• Use data, experimentation, and research to inform decisions and influence stakeholders.
• Collaborate closely with engineering to ship continuously — A/B tests, features, and platform improvements.
• Shape how AI, search, personalization, and recommendations show up in provider discovery and matching.
• Bring product discipline to your area without slowing momentum.
• Partner with Sales on go-to-market for new provider-facing capabilities.
