About The Position

Arca is a technology-enabled wealth management firm rebuilding the wealth management business with AI. Its platform supports advisors by taking on lower-leverage work and maintaining a living understanding of clients’ financial situations. Arca began by acquiring firms managing over $1 billion in client assets and is now expanding its platform and client experience. The Product Manager will own product areas end to end across the advisor platform and the client-facing wealth experience. This hands-on role involves working with advisors, operators, clients, engineering, design, the founder, and the incoming Head of Product to identify needs, prioritize work, ship features, measure results, and iterate. The role also contributes to the product process and mentors newer product managers. The role is based in Arca’s Flatiron office in New York City and is fully in-office five days a week. The product areas include advisor and operations workflows, client-facing tools, and agent-first capabilities. The successful candidate will help define how autonomous agents work within regulated workflows, when advisors must approve actions, and how product performance is measured. Arca is scaling its platform across acquired firms and developing its first direct-to-consumer experience.
